Deep Listening Workshop

In this worksho, we will  practice listening to a depth that goes beyond your ears, that moves into the dream world and takes you to move in your body and connects with your more intimate self. We’ll delve into an exploration of the many possibilities in which we can pay attention to all and to one. We will have moments of gentle movements, guided sonic meditation, we’ll share sounds and we’ll sing, and we’ll work with our dreams and imagination.
