Deep Listening Workshop Series

The first Wednesday of each month, we’ll meet on line to practice listening to a depth that goes beyond our ears, that moves into the dream world and takes you to move in our body and connects with our more intimate self. We will have moments of gentle movements, guided sonic meditation, we’ll share sounds and we’ll sing, and we’ll work with our dreams and imagination.
