Sonic Bodes – A Deep Listening Workshop to practice improvisation scores for listening, sounding, movement, active meditation, and play. Participants can expect a mix of solo, partner, and group exercises with time for writing and reflection.
Led by Crystal Sasaki, dance artist and certified Deep Listening® facilitator.
